Like many new immigrants, I found myself looking for a job that could help me and my family achieve financial stability. Many people told me to look into the possibility of providing personal care to elderly and I did just that. It started as means to earn a living but, as time passes I realized the importance of the care I provide.
In 2003 while working as an independent care provider, I became aware of the growing need for personal care giver. I also recognized that there is an increasing desire for the elderly to be independent and live their life to the fullest regardless of age, physical and/or mental difficulties. I needed to do something. That’s when I founded PrimeHome Care Services.
The main objective of my company is to provide quality care while fostering independence. A service characterized by compassion, efficiency and professionalism. My goal is to build a team of caregivers who are willing, passionate and motivated to elevate the level of care given to elderly and the sick.
With those goals in mind, I started finding individuals who have the qualifications and aptitude to be care providers. Strict guidelines and prescreening were adhered to ensure that only those who have the skills and attitude would be a part of our PrimeHome Care Family.
I could say that I am one the fortunate people who are able to find a job that they love. This does not only give me and my family financial stability but, more importantly it has given me a personal and spiritual fulfillment.
Currently, we have numerous friends under our care. They are accorded with the same concern and respect we give to our parents and family members. Our highly trained care providers assist them in their activities of daily living.
